Ingredients
Marina Sauce:
2 28oz cans of whole peeled tomatoes
5-10 Garlic Cloves Fresh Basil
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Wors. Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4c. water
Whipped Ricotta:
2c. Whole Ricotta
2 Tbsp Olive Oil S
alt and Pepper to taste
Meatballs:
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 lb. Sweet Italian Sausage
1/2c. Marina Sauce
1c. Ricotta
3 eggs (1 egg per pound of meat)
1c. Freshly Shredded or Grated Parmesan Cheese
1c. Breadcrumbs
5-10 Garlic Cloves Salt to taste
Olive Oil for browning the meatballs
