Spice your Taco Tuesday up with this spin on Carnitas Tacos
Ingredients:
4lbs of pork carnitas
2 large limes
3 large oranges
3 pineapple rings (tiny chunks)
2 small mangos (cubed)
1/2 c. cilantro
1/2 c. onions (diced)
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 red pepper
3 cloves minced garlic (optional)
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Season and brown meat
Sautee onions and peppers until onion is translucent or veggies are softened.
Then add mango pineapple and cilantro and continue to sautee.
Add meat to slow cooker.
Top with Worcestershire Sauce, Pineapple Mango Cilantro mix, and Lime Orange juices.
Cover, and leave for 4 hours or until the pork has become fork tender and shreddable.
Insta Pot approx. 15 -30 minutes
